8 months

Reese is 8 months old!

Here's a little update on our big boy...

-1st time in the pool! We went over to a friend's house and Reese took his 1st dip in the pool. At first, he whimpered a little, but after 10 minutes or so, he got the hang of it and had a fun time!

-1st time riding in the child seat of a grocery cart. Wade and I took Avery and Reese shopping at Walmart and Reese absolutely loved riding in the cart. He sat up and just looked around and didn't make a peep. He's been a great shopping buddy, but he's not always so quiet anymore!

-1st taste of yogurt. I bought banana Stoneyfield baby yogurt. He didn't like it at all. I tried blueberry, but he still doesn't care much for it. Maybe later...

-Big boy car seat installed! He's riding rear-facing in his big car seat now! He does really well in it and Avery constantly entertains him on our trips. He just looks at her and laughs...something that I think he'll be doing for quite some time!

-Low crawls everywhere...he's crawled properly a few times, but only for an inch or so. 

-3 naps times a day for about an hour each time; gets solids 3 times a day too!

Avery has really been into princesses lately. Here she is kissing her new Cinderella doll!

She also likes feeding other people (meaning Reese and her dolls). Here she is in action...
